Overall Character

Silky, layered, and gently sweet. Dried fruit, polished oak, tropical notes, and soft spice move in harmony. Everything feels settled. Nothing feels hurried.

Production Style

Triple distilled single malt whiskey matured in Oloroso sherry casks and bourbon barrels before a finishing period in Madeira casks. Bottled at 43% ABV.

Nose

Refined and inviting. Raisins, dried apricot, and sultanas rise first, followed by honeyed malt and toasted almond. There is orange peel and a touch of tropical fruit, with polished oak sitting quietly underneath. The integration is seamless.

Palate

Silky entry. Sweet dried fruits and caramelised nuts lead into mango, papaya, and gentle baking spice. The Madeira influence adds a soft wine-like depth without becoming syrupy. Oak is present but measured. Texture carries the experience.

Finish

Medium to long. Lingering dried fruit, soft spice, and warm oak tannin. A faint nuttiness remains, along with gentle sweetness that fades slowly and cleanly.
